The Engineering Technology Center has an engineering and product application management department under the Technical Center. The center has more than 10 existing technical engineers. It is mainly responsible for production process formulation and stability, technological transformation, and solving customer application problems.Since its establishment in 2012, the center has undertaken the tasks of the first-phase project reconstruction and the second-phase project construction. The downstream customer service covers more than ten provinces and cities across the country and includes more than ten application fields such as friction materials, abrasives, and Molding plastic，After the development in recent years, the technical center has developed into a full-fledged team that dares to fight and dare to fight.

  The R&D center is a new product development department under the Technology Center. Currently, there are more than 10 scientific researchers including professors, doctors, and masters, equipped with gel permeation chromatography, differential scanning calorimetry, and high performance gas chromatography. More than 20 sets of high-end analytical instrument equipment such as Karl Fischer moisture analyzer, including R&D laboratories and pilot plants, occupy a total area of more than 600 square meters.Since its establishment, the R&D center has accumulated more than 30 R&D projects, obtained 5 patents for inventions, and transformed more than 20 scientific and technological achievements. The center also actively cooperates with Zhejiang University, Jiaxing University and McMaster University in Canada to conduct cooperation in production, research and development, and actively establishes cooperation platforms. Promote the construction of state-level high-tech enterprises, enterprise research institutes, Zhejiang Enterprise Technology Center, and postdoctoral mobile workstations.

The Intellectual Property Center is a department specialized in the protection of intellectual property rights under the Technical Center. Currently, there are five full-time employees, who are mainly responsible for intellectual property protection, patent application and maintenance, science and technology projects, and materials preparation for fund applications.
